There are many Christians today who still do not know Jesus personally, or His mission on earth. He Himself at some point asked His apostles to tell Him who they thought He was, but they had no clear idea.

Peter eventually said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:16) and Jesus affirmed that to be correct.

Now the Jews understand that the Son of God is equal with God, is One with God and that is why many of them have not accepted Him till date. That is Who Jesus is. He is God in our midst.

Therefore, Jesus is God’s presence, God’s manifestation on earth.

Authoritatively, He taught and still teaches through the Holy Bible and through His representatives on earth today, including me, that God is the Creator and Owner of the universe.

This Creator God is the only and most high God and cannot be associated with evil works of killing, stealing and destruction. God is good, reliable, faithful to all (both big and small, high and low). God is love.

However, many have not come to this understanding and they condemn themselves and their creator because of the troubles they see in this world.

One who believes in Jesus, reclaims his confidence in himself and in his Maker and receives the strength to live above this transient world and accept a new life of godliness leading to eternal life. A life that will not be condemned here and at the end of all things.

God has deposited a part of Him in every man, but that part, because of the Adamic fall, needs a revival which only the blood of Jesus, which was spilled as a price for our reconciliation with God, can bring about. Please believe in Jesus and His ministry of restoration.

Unfortunately, many people do not know this Jesus and His teachings that will help them reclaim their place in God. This is because some for now, subscribe to other faiths or are atheists.

Others are Christians who have not taken out enough time to familiarize themselves with the scriptures concerning Jesus Christ and His teachings.

You can learn about Him from the Bible books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Through concerted study of these books, allow Him to build your faith back to God your Creator. In Him, your Maker, you will find peace that cannot be broken.

Jesus is the Saviour that very human soul craves from within. He is the peace, the guide, life coach we long for. He is the living water that refreshes the thirsty soul, the living bread that sates the hungry spirit, giving it the strength to stay on the path of good till the end.

Like Peter, one of the disciples, exclaimed in the scriptures when he was asked if he would walk away from Jesus as many had done, and are still doing today (John 6:68) said, “Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life. We believe and know that You are the Holy One of God.”

God is that unknown Spirit from whom we seek answers and inner refuge. Jesus came to earth to personify Him. By studying the life and times of Jesus, we get to understand the way the mind of God works.

Essentially, the gospel teaches us that God is our Father- our origin; and that He cares for us.

There are many who feel that no one loves them, who feel lost in this world, who wonder where they come from and where they are headed. They wonder about the future; and some even believe that they are cursed.

A careful study of the teachings of Jesus will give peace and hope. For example, in Matthew Chapter five, in the Sermon on the Mount, Lord Jesus teaches that no matter our circumstance in life, we are blessed (not cursed).

I do not want this piece to be lengthy or complicated. I will subsequently expound on the ideas I have introduced here. Meanwhile, please take out time to study the Bible books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. But for starters, just listen to Jesus as He addresses us in Matthew Chapter five.
